INSTALLATION ERROR

HI upon installing the software im getting this error message :

AutoCAD Installation Error; "Aborted.(Error: 9). h

How can i fix this??

It looks like you're receiving Error 9 during installation. This is typically due to the download manager getting disconnected. The following article(s) should help you resolve the problem:

Hello @Anonymous

Try the following:

Add the domain *autodesk.com to the safe list in Internet Security Options
disable your Antivirus and Firewall temporarly throughout the download & Installation. You can re-enable after you download and install
Try again

If the above doesn't work; you can try one of the following two options:

Try using a different browser (I recommend Safari)
Try downloading from Virtual Agent then install...Autodesk VIRTUAL AGENT
