      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello @Anonymous﻿&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Add the domain *autodesk.com to the safe list in Internet Security Options&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;disable your Antivirus and Firewall temporarly throughout the download &amp;amp; Installation. You can re-enable after you download and install&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Try again&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the above doesn't work; you can try one of the following two options:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Try using a different browser (I recommend Safari)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Try downloading from Virtual Agent then install...&lt;FONT color="#0000ff" size="3"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 11px;"&gt;&lt;A href="http://autodesk.creativevirtual15.com/autodesk/bot.html?isJSEnabled=1&amp;amp;businessArea=Root.Front%20Desk&amp;amp;startContext=Root.Front%20Desk" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"&gt;&lt;FONT face="Arial"&gt;Autodesk &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial black,avant garde"&gt;VIRTUAL AGENT&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;</description>
