      <title>AutoCad 2016 Installation Issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I origianlly downloaded CAD 2016 LT trial version which worked completely fine. I loaded my ctb file into the plot styles folder and was able to print.&amp;nbsp; Then I bought the program and it didn't work anymore. My CAD&amp;nbsp;icons, which used to be blue and yellow, are now just white boxes. My CTB file, which used to be an icon with red letters saying CTB, is now just a white box with an arrow in it. I tried copying my ctb file into the plot styles folder but&amp;nbsp;CAD does not recognize it because when i try to print, the&amp;nbsp;plot style&amp;nbsp;is not their to select.&amp;nbsp; I've tried numerous times to chat with autodesk about this and they have promised me they will call me and and never do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried re installing numerous times, including today. That is not the issue. I was promised a call back from a tier 2 tech on Nove. 25...they promised to call on Nov 30 after the thanksgiving holiday. I waited 3 days since the 30th and no one has called.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
