      <title>Updated AutoCAD for Mac but now says "invalid serial number"</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently updated my program AutoCAD for Mac with Update 3 I think it was. &amp;nbsp;I am now trying to open the program, but it is asking me to activate it agaiin. &amp;nbsp;So I follow the steps except it says I have the wrong serial number. &amp;nbsp;I signed into my account online to check to see what my serial number is, but it shows that I have no current subscriptions. &amp;nbsp;I paid&amp;nbsp;for a 1 year subscription that should not expire until Oct 19th 2016, but it is not showing up in my account. &amp;nbsp;However, when I go to "billing and orders" tab in my account it does show that I paid&amp;nbsp;for the one year subscription. &amp;nbsp;So now I cannot even find my proper seriel number to activate the program again because my account doesnt even show that I still have the subscritpion.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me get access to my program again, I need it for work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you’re having an issue with your product key, please make sure that you are using the correct one for your product (especially if your product comes from a suite).  Finally, you should type then numbers and letters in. We do not recommend copy/paste.

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This did not solve my problem. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ried to follow the steps in those links, but because my account is not showing my subscription it wont let me contact my "contract manager" to try to activate it for me. &amp;nbsp;I found other ways to check to my serial number, like in my emails, so now I know it is the right serial number. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just need to know how I am supposed to get access to my program when it won't accept the correct serial number and my account won't give me access to the advanced support that I paid an extra $200 for because it doesn't even show I have a subscription&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am still having the same problem and still have not been able to access my program.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please someone help because I really need to use the program for work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it helps, I found an old email I hadnt noticed from a month ago that says I have a new product key. &amp;nbsp;When I open the program it only lets me put in a serial number, not a product key so I dont know how I can fix that. &amp;nbsp;The email had said that an upgrade was avaliable and gave my curret serial number but with the new product key. &amp;nbsp;It said I can download it from my account, but since my account is currently showing I have no subscriptions I cannot try to downloed the upgrade to see if that is my problem. &amp;nbsp;So my main problem is that the annual subscription with advanced support that I paid $1,800 for has disapeared from my account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It was my employer who paid for the program so I didn't realize that he disputed the charge.&amp;nbsp; He didnt know what the charge was for, that is why he disputed it, but now that he realizes it was for cad he has dropped the dispute.&amp;nbsp; What will happen now? Will my product key and serial number work? or will he be refunded and need to re-buy a subscription? and how long will it take for AutoDesk to see that the dispute was dropped?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The refund was submitted and processed back in December 2015, it should already have reflected on the statement of the credit card used during purchase. If the refund is still not showing up there, kindly submit a request to the &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/contactus/purchases-returns/order-placed-the-store" target="_self"&gt;Autodesk Customer Service&lt;/A&gt; to notify and inquire about the refund instead.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
