Unable to generate Maya 2020 server license file

Greetings,

I'm able to generate server license files for Maya 2023 and 2022, however when I attempt to enter the serial number for Maya 2020 (which we're still needing), it comes back with an error stating "The serial number you entered is not valid. Try again."

Also - I'm needing to create custom Maya installs, however when I try to create a new custom install from within my products are services, Maya is not listed at all.

If you have a valid serial for 2023, then use that. It will already have access to use previous versions built-in to the license file.

Unfortunately even with the new Maya 2023 file in place, 2020 is ceasing to work.

I attached a screen snip of the error.

No worries though - I confirmed with our remaining campus users of 2020, that they are good-to-go with moving up to 2022 or 2023.

Make sure your NLM is 11.18. Did you verify that your .lic file has older Maya feature codes in it? You can PM me your file and I can take a look. Licensing is my specialty.

Much appreciate it Travis. Our old license file includes the Maya 2020 data in it (it's a Frankenstein looking .lic file with other products included in it). The new Maya 2022 and 2023 .lic file is called "Maya20222023.lic", and the old Maya 2020 .lic file is just called "Maya2020.lic".

Important to note - the Maya20222023.lic file is working for the new Maya 2022 and 2023 installations.
