If the activation window is not displayed, others have resolved this by completely uninstalling and reinstalling their software.       <title>HELP! INSTALLATION FAIL!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've downloaded Inventor Professional, the free one for students, many times on my computer AND laptop however they wont install!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First I assumed I downloaded the wrong version because I have Windows 10 so then I decided to download Inventor 2016. I got to the point where I could install the different components of Inventor, and then a window would popup with the components and next to them a red X saying installation failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I really want to download Inventor and I don't understand why it cannot install, my computer meets all the system requirements.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please Help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a picture attached.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Windows 10 is not yet supported. But that doesn't mean it won't work.&amp;nbsp; Post your installation log file so I can take a look to see why it is failing.&lt;/P&gt;
