Maya Windows 10 Compatibility

Is there still no compatibility between Maya and Windows 10? I have been trying to install Maya 2015 and 2016 for months already after many updates to no avail. I have looked everywhere and nobody seems to offer a working solution. Is there any solution to this?

This bot pops up on all the posts in the Autodesk forums that ask this question. Yes, I have tried the options, and none has worked.

I'm not a Maya user and/or expert.. But as of late last year, Maya 2016 still didn't support Win 10.
