      <title>Get started button doesn´t work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I´m a student with a student license. I verified my account via SheerID and after i press the button "GET STARTED" on the Autodesk student page, everything seems to work, I even get this pop up window saying:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;"Congrats! We've confirmed that you're eligible for educational access to Autodesk products, and your account status has been updated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Your access will last 12 months from your confirmation of eligibility date, after which you can renew if you are still eligible. Now let's start designing and making." and when I click "GET AUTODESK SOFTWARE" nothing happens. There is just this "GET STARTED" button again. When I use the virtual agent I get a messege, that my verification isn´t coplete and to contact SheerID support team. I did so, but they told me, that everything is fine with my verification and there is a problem with Autodesk. I can´t contact Autodesk in any way, becouse everytime I try to do that, only option i get is to contact SheerID support team. Is there a way to fix this problem? I´m lost in a circle now, Autodesk telling me to contact SheerID and SheerID telling me to contact Autodesk.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
