Autocad Architecture 2023 - Detail Components won't open - No such interface supported.

All of a sudden, my Detail Components manager won't load. Started about a week ago. I can't remember when I installed the latest update, so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with the problem. I've tried re-installing the current 2023 version and re-installing the older 2023 version, neither work and still getting the same error (see screenshot below). As a side note, I never realized just how much I depend on this function! Can someone PLEASE point me in the right direction??

Thank you for posting. This is an AutoCAD Architecture related error, "Cannot open database" error when using detail component manager in AutoCAD Architecture or AutoCAD MEP.
