I am trying to uninstall a network licensed autocad 2014 after accidentally removing some installation files. I downloaded and succesfully used MicrosoftFixItProgramme with a standalone autocad 2015, but it is not working with the 2014 network version. The FixIt.... does not even find that program. I get the option of filling in the product key of the program (a 38 digit number) which I do not know where to find. When trying to use the normal way of uninstalling programs I get an error message saying "failed to get allied products". Anyone knows how to solve this?

Thanks!

Have you looked at the Autodesk KB for that?

For more information on the Autodesk KB Support article concerning the clean uninstall of Autodesk products, see this link:

http://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/installation-activation-licensing/get-ready/remove-products
