    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same issue, I have a Mudbox and Maya LT subscription and am unable to download them from my ccount page. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm getting the same message as the OP. &amp;nbsp;I'm using Google Chrome on OS X 10.11.3&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello my name is Skyler Porras and thanks in advance for any information you can help me with.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was wondering if there is a good estimate as to when product downloads will be available again?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive checked the site for a few days and the only message I get is the message below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/img/error_status_14x12.png" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class="gce-error-msg"&gt;We are experiencing some technical issues. Not all Products &amp;amp; Services are available at this moment. Please try again later.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="gce-error-msg"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="gce-error-msg"&gt;I hope that this issue does not cut into my trial period.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="gce-error-msg"&gt;Also, because I cannot download the product manager I cannot manage my subscription.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="gce-error-msg"&gt;I do not want to be charged without consent without even trying the trial.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="gce-error-msg"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="gce-error-msg"&gt;Thank you for your time.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="gce-error-msg"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="gce-error-msg"&gt;Skyler Porras&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello @Anonymous﻿&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you try to download and install&amp;nbsp;from &lt;A href="http://autodesk.creativevirtual15.com/autodesk/bot.html?isJSEnabled=1&amp;amp;businessArea=Root.Front%20Desk&amp;amp;startContext=Root.Front%20Desk" target="_blank"&gt;Autodesk Virtual Agent&lt;/A&gt; ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click your way through the links to the download&amp;nbsp;section of the product you need.&amp;nbsp; It will download in parts.&amp;nbsp; When you extract or just double click Part 1&amp;nbsp;you will be&amp;nbsp;prompted to extract to C:\Autodesk (preserve this location).       <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, unfortunately Mudbox still required a license key, which I'm unable to access on my account management page (as per my screen shot)...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
