Unable to run Application Manager

When i start my pc. I have te follow message.(prntscreen)

What can i do to fix this problem?

Welcome to the community..

I would uninstall the Applicaiton Manager at this point and download/install from here. Then let it update.. In my opinion the Application Manager is not realiable and has numerous issues. I wouldn't worry about it but that's my 2 cents...

Dit not work.
Can t start THE application manager and van not update.
What is THE function,
Mayby i can uninstall it.

Hi @Hvd65

It is just another Autodesk Application which is supposed to monitor your Autodesk Applications and keep them uptodate! I personally never really used it (I don't like apps connecting to the net behind my back even if they just check for updates.

Nonetheless; it could be that the issue is not caused by Autodesk Application Manager itself...Are you getting the error on start up?

If yes, Ctrl+alt+del and go to Task Manager > Services > and try start it manually after your Windows launch fully (AdAppMgrSvc)

If it runs; then the issue is not with Application Manager itself...In such case uncheck the Autodesk Application Manager on the Start Up Tab of the Microsoft Configuration panel (Till you resolve windows configuration issue of firewall settings)
1. For Windows 7/8 type MsConfig in windows Start>Run command line
2. For Windows 10 use System Configuration desktop app.
