    <description>I am not an AutoCAD expert, but I believe the AutoCAD mobile subscription comes as part of the main AutoCAD access and because the main AutoCAD is free anyway, it isn’t listed separately. 

Could you try getting a full AutoCAD subscription? You can do this by clicking “Get Access” in the AutoCAD box. This will download an installer (which you can ignore if you don’t need it) but it will also start a new subscription for AutoCAD on your account. 

Let us know how it goes! If a new subscription does not help, we can look into other options! &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;</description>

      <description>EDU Licensing issues can only be resolved by you contacting EDU Support: this forum cannot do anything about it other than to ensure you log out completely then log back in after you double-check your login credentials match your EDU licensing.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Good luck.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Firstly, some more information would be very useful! Could you please explain exactly what the issue is? Is it not letting you login, is it telling you you have no license when you do log in? Is it simply not loading? A little more information can help me figure out exactly what might be wrong.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For now; let’s try a few troubleshooting steps:&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please go to &lt;A href="http://www.Autodesk.com/education" target="_blank"&gt;www.Autodesk.com/education&lt;/A&gt; &amp;gt; click on “get products” &amp;gt; click on “sign in” (small button on the main page - NOT from&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;the menu bar at the top of the page)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;once you have done this, the banner at the top will give some information. It will tell you when your student license expires, and if it has expired itwill give you a button to renew. Education licenses have to be renewed annually so it may be that your license has expired and needs to be renewed!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once we know where your education license stands and more of the issue we can figure out exactly what has gone wrong!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When I follow the steps you described before, a message appears telling me I’m confirmed, but when I click “get autodesk software” AutoCAD mobile does not appear as an option.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
