Upgrade to AutoCAD 2016 LT Mac

Looking at my license, I believe this should be upgradable to 2016 LT for Mac

Yet when I go to manage.autodesk.com, there is no download available. How do I upgrade this subscription software to the latest version? I've downloaded Autodesk_AutoCADLT_2016_Mac_OSX.dmg Tried to install, but it did not work with the Serial and Product Key Combo Below that were for AutoCAD 2015. Perhaps a different product key?

Hi @Anonymous,

Are you the contract manager on the account? Your contract manager assigns the ability to see your serial numbers. All the 2016 product keys are located here.

Matthew - can you contact me privately? I have a call scheduled about this
AutoDesk tomorrow. I tried my subscription serial number with the AutoCAD
LT 2016 Product, which enabled it to install, but it did not activate.

I don not know who in my company manages the autocad licenses.

I was given mine in Nov 2015 for AutoCAD 2015
AutoCAD 2016 came out the next month.

It seems that you are not assigned with the product so you don't have the serial number. We're not able to provide you the serial number if you're not assigned by your Contract Manager. I have sent you the details of your Contract Manager via PM. Please contact him for the serial number.
