i need help asap with revit install

im getting ths error . i disactivated the firewall and the account server and i dont understand why im gettng this fail ate waiting like 3 hrs to instal please let me know if anthting wrong maybe with my lapto .

Although many individuals faced this same thing there's no way for us to determine why it failed on your machine with only that information. You can do one of the following:

1. Review the verbiage below the line/above my signature and follow those steps to download and install your application.
2. In that dialog or message there's a link to your installation file. Attach it here as a text file and we can review it for you.

i did all the step and i got the same error about the server and i need to contact the provider . DL FAIL says something like that . i dont understand why it keeeps giving me errors . I need this program for my classes and im trying eberything to get it in my computer asap and its not working
