&lt;P&gt;A colleague&amp;nbsp;hasn't&amp;nbsp;received&amp;nbsp;their serial number and product key email. They made the purchase 10th May 2016&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Their order number is&amp;nbsp;10519970771&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

Order number alone is sufficient for us to check in the system so screenshot is not necessary.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Back to your order issue, sorry that you did not receive the serial number for your purchase. I checked your order and it's already been fulfilled. I have a working licence of 3DS Max, it is a colleague who ordered a 3DS Max licence under order number 10519970771 on the 10th of May 2016 that has not received a confirmation email with the product details. &lt;P&gt;Again for safety reason I have removed the login credentials for your colleague. Upon checking the order, I noticed there's a typo with the email address. The email address used to purchase the subscription is&amp;nbsp;&lt;FONT color="#3366FF"&gt;siteadmin@sleeyhead.co.nz&lt;/FONT&gt;, which is missing a letter. The license details have been sent to this invalid email which explains why your colleague has not received anything in his correct email address.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In this case, he will need to return the purchase and request a refund. Then place a new order with the correct email address.
