      <description>&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community,&amp;nbsp;@Anonymous﻿&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The reason you don't have it is&amp;nbsp;because you don't have any 32bit application that needs the 32bit flexnet engine. You can disregard not having it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
