Unable to get an eligible free student MAYA year pass.

I am not happy with Autodesk at the moment. I am struggling to get the student Maya pass and Autodesk support service did not answer me, it's been a month since I asked for help.

I am in a loop at Autodesk website (please see screenshots), it tells me to go from the sheer ID page back to the verification form and then back to sheer ID page.

Thank you in advance for helping me. I truly don't know what else to do and it feels frustrating to be eligible for a year pass and not be able to get it.

At the bottom this is written.

So click on the Question mark.

And type "Create Support Case".

Than it will give you the options to either a Live Chat or creating a Support Case.

Choose any one.

Also what happens when you click on Add school in our records..?

hi, it happens that directs me to the sheer ID page. I type my school and schools website again and tells me that it is eligible, that I should copy the link and go back to the verification page to paste it, which I do, but even though I paste the school name provided at sheer ID page, it does not find it at the verification page. This is what I mean by been in a loop.

Can you forward me a link to that SheerID page?

From a look at https://www.cgmasteracademy.com/, I can't find any indication that it's accredited by a governing body - which is a requirement to be eligible for the Autodesk Education Plan. Which institutions qualify? | Account Management | Autodesk Knowledge Network
