I've encountered this issue before, I think I resolved it through uninstalling the programme, then signing in to autodesk and re-installing the software from my autodesk account, there may be an easier way to fix it but I believe that is what I did to resolve it

I would say there should be a better way 🙂

Ideally the Installation and Licencing team should be able to help (I will move this over to their forum for you now)

Some questions that will help them:

Is your licence local or remote?

Did your licence work before?

Once they are in touch, it might be good to share the licence also.

Do you get any errors?

Please list your version, OS, etc.

This posting is almost a month old.. Did you get his resolved? If not your first image is indicating that you have a network license of CFD. So did you generate a license file and setup the license manager?
