Cannot add User to my account (Autocad LT 2017)

Hi i need help to use my Autocad 2017 LT license. I'm unable to add new users, i'm getting this error: Error! Autodesk - Account Oops, there was a problem communicating with the system. Wait a few moments and try again i've tried Firefox and Chrome with no luck. Can you help me?

Welcome to the community...

There's nothing we can do, we are only users and we do not have access to your account or information. Although Autodesk does monitor these forums, it doesn't mean they will see and/or respond to your issue in a timely fashion. Please log a support case through your Autodesk Account.
