Can't install Maya 2016 student version (browser download not worked)

I don't know why, i download it student version (f I try using the manager, it won't download, just crashes instead), I even tried using the browser, downloaded it, with my firewall off, tried Welcome to the community...

Hard to read the installation file due to the format its in but it looks like its failing on the Microsoft C++ Redistributable. So uninstall (Windows Control Panel/Program n Features) all versions of Microsoft C++ Redistributable and then run the install again (installation will put it back on).

Also you may want to download and install per:

1. Access the Autodesk Virtual Agent (link is in my signature) and follow the download links to your product.
2. Download all of the parts (some applications only have a single part to download) for your product first. Do not continue until all of the parts have fully downloaded.
3. Navigate to your download folder location and extract (double click) part _001_00X.sfx.exe (or the single file download).
4. In a few seconds the extraction will start and prompt you to extract to C:\Autodesk.
5. Once the extraction is finished, the installation will automatically start.
6. Follow the installation steps for your product

Good luck on your installation.

One final thing.. When posting please make sure any information you share doesn't include personal information such as your serial #. Granted the installation log file helped, but in doing so you shared your serial # on a world wide public user forum. I will have the moderator remove it to protect your info.

Do i need to uninstall "Intel(R) C++ Redistributables for Windows* on
Intel(R)"? I don't know if it's going to mess something on my pc or
not 😕

Not worked, i still can't install, it fails on installing maya 2016, direct connect 2016 and aplication manager 😕 i don't know what to do now I just got another text log 😕

According to your log file, it's failing on Visual C++ 2008 then 2012... That being said, uninstall all version of Microsoft Visuall C++ currently installed and let the Autodesk installation install them.

Its still failing on Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable (x86). I assume based on your reply that you remove all versions include 32B and 64B of Microsoft Visual C++?

I think i resolved the Microsoft visual c++ 2008 error with this tutorial http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-other_settings/error-error-997-while-installing-microsoft-visual/60a4f08e-a740-475d-8858-3435b2784b01?auth=1 now it's installing the maya itself, hope it work this time.

Thanks for the update. You'll need to modify the setup.ini file to avoid installing C++...

First, reinstall MS Visual C++ from the following locations within the installation files:

<Installation files directory>\3rdParty\x64\VCRedist
<Installation files directory>\3rdParty\x86\VCRedist

Once those are complete, open the setup.ini file with NOTEPAD within the root of the installation media.

Search the file for Prerequisite then remove the following values from that line

VCREDIST2008SP1X64_6161
VCREDIST2008SP1X86_6161
