Can you provide the entire installation log file. It may be failing on other items. Just make sure when posting the installation log file that any personal info such as your serial # is removed. Also which Autodesk 2015 product are you trying to install?

Get your 2015 downloads with this method only:
https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/account-management/software-downloads/previous-versions/virtual-agent

Then start the installation.

I do need further assistance but I am at work now and I wont be able to
work on solving the problem until 6:30 EST So I will get back on at that
time. I am a new to this so I didn't understand the different solutions.

The issue is related to the install option you're using "Install Now", instead you should use the virtual agent to download and install...

Download the software from the Autodesk Virtual Agent

Once there, use the Download Links option to navigate to the application you need to download.

NOTE: If there are multiple parts for the download, you'll need to click each part to download them, one they are downloaded double-click Part1 (which will automatically extract the remaining parts) to begin the installation.

At this time no I haven't had success I have uninstalled the redistribuable files. But I get net 4.5 not installed. I do have net 4.6.1 which is probable a later version. So one person is telling me to go into my isi. setup and type something to over ride the 4.6.1 file which I haven't done yet I would love to call someone in the united states to walk me through this.

Uninstall 4.6.1 because the installer will keep failing. Once it's uninstalled, run the Autodesk installer which will in turn install .net framework it needs.
