Product Key Invalid

My manager just procured a single stand alone version of AutoCAD 2017 for me. However, the download is located within his Autodesk account. He added my account to his account, but I can't see the download. I have installed a "trial" version and tried to add the SN and product key that he supplied to me within the license file at procurement. When I add the information to register AutoCAD, I receive an invalid product key. What should I do at this point?

If he cut and paste, it probably added another space and it's now invalid.
Or did he miss the fact that is a capital i before the 1, and not a lower-case L or another 1?

Never copy/paste the serial # or product keys into the activation window. Just type it in... Too many issues with hidden characters that get carried over..

We are becoming too lazy..

I agree. Autodesk should have really skipped the letter "I" this year and just went to J. We're going to have this same issue again when it gets to the letter O -- if they are still using product keys by then.

Thanks for the quick response... The issue was on my end as I was entering the "I" as a lower case L "l". Activated and running. Thanks again!
