student version ofACAD 2016 failure to install

Hello!

I recently tried to download/install acad 2016 (student version) on my PC, and every time I try, (even after rebooting) ACAD fails to install.

It's a brand new laptop, 64bit running windows 10.

Anybody have any ideas? I have a license/product key that I input, it just keeps failing to install. Failure log is attached

From the log, it appears that your download was incomplete. Please try downloading your product using the Virtual Agent.

Please post your results.

Good afternoon,
Thank you for your reply,but unfortunately the virtual agent won't load on
my computer. It just shows a big ole blank screen. 😞

Hi Sara, try disabling your firewall and anti-virus software temporarily to get the page to load. you might also try a different web browser. I use Chrome and it loads fine for me.
