Cannot add User to my account (Autocad LT 2017)

Dear Forum,

Please Help,

I have been working around with Autodesk Subscrition, but i still can't use the product.

My problem is i can't add new user on the Autodesk Dashboard, what i only can do is, download the software and install the Autocad LT 2017, but when its done, its need to "sign in", when i sign in with the account its no working. i understand that i have to add users on the Autodesk dashboard, but stil can't add users, the error is "There was an error with your request, we're ancountering an system error ,please try again later", so i stuck in this.

p/s : i have already open case with the number is Case 12143970, but still not work, i cannot add users. and now i have been open new case on Autodesk support with Case Number Case 12161218, but still no yet any answer.

By the way, i am not own the Product, i just the IT support for my client, my client is,
