Reactivating Autocad

Please advise how I can re-activate my AutoCAD license. I experienced PC trouble on my motherboard and had exceeded the number of tries to re-activate online. I tried Fax (654700728) but this number is wrong. I tried email and an autoreply advised the email address is no longer monitored.

I tried using the online web site to reactivate. When I key in the Request code printed at the start of re-acfivation process, the activation code does not seems to be correct. The number of figures in the request code on my form is much lesser than the required code numbers.
Please assist me.

Yes thats the one OTTO. But the request code issued by the program is not
accepted. What else can I do to reactivate my license? Thanks.

Yes, first the fax number is obsolete, second the email reply was it no
longer monitor such request, and 3rd it directed me to OTTO, but the
generated request code does not tally. What else can I do?? Is thereva
phone number to call for reactivation assistance in Singapore?
