      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just subscribe for Revit LT Suite but the program doesn't appear in my account manager ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received two emails of confirmation but impossible to find the link to download the programs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It can take some time to show up in your Account Manager. For now, download the software from the &lt;A href="http://autodesk.creativevirtual15.com/autodesk/bot.html?isJSEnabled=1&amp;amp;businessArea=Root.Front%20Desk" target="_blank"&gt;Autodesk Virtual Agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once there, use the Download Links option to navigate to the application you need to download.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;NOTE: &lt;/STRONG&gt;If there are multiple parts for the download, you'll need to click each part to download them, once they are downloaded double-click Part1 (which will automatically extract the remaining parts) to begin the installation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank' for your help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Finally I downloaded the trial version and add my license number after installation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today, the product is now in the list of product in my account manager. It's was a sync issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can add that the Autodesk support is very quick. Thank's&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Did you just purchase it yesterday?&amp;nbsp; If so this can take up to 24 hours for your account to sync.&amp;nbsp; Have you tried lately to see if its there?&amp;nbsp; To resolve issues like this use AVA or chat with an agent per this &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/contact-support/autodesk-account-management/contract-dates-and-supported-products" target="_blank"&gt;link&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
