Downloads cannot be installed

I am running AutCAD 2022 LT Update 1.4 and I tried to update to release 2023, 2024 or 2025.

I always receive the error message that the product was not found

Autodesk AutoCAD LT $(env.ACADRELEASENAME)

Looks like you are trying to install the updates without actually installing the 2023-24-25 software first: that's not how it works. Read the pop-up please, REQUIRED PRODUCT NOT FOUND was how Google Translate deciphered it for me

You have to install the three LT2023-24-25 first before you can add the updates for those three software packages, only having LT2022 is not sufficient.

Not sure what you mean by update. But each AutoCAD version like 2022 stands alone by itself. You would not need to have 2022 installed to install the next versions of AutoCAD. But if you are talking about updating from 2022.1.4 to 2022.1.5 then yes you need 2022 installed.
Now you should not have any problems downloading and installing 2023LT or 2024LT or 2025LT. Are you going to your Autodesk account to download these versions? You can also log a troubleshooting ticket if this is the case.
