    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just updated the ADSSO Component to V13.7.7 and the Autodesk Licensing Service to V13.0.0.8122.&amp;nbsp; Did not fix the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I also ran &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Activation-Page-turns-into-a-white-and-blank-screen.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;across this page&lt;/A&gt; that discusses the blank image when accessing the license type.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Working thru that now.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Error on Start - Vault Professional Client 2023</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I installed Vault Pro Client 2023.&amp;nbsp; Right after the log-in screen comes up, I get the dialog below. After this, the only thing I can do is kill the process with windows task manager.&amp;nbsp; I have uninstalled/reinstalled twice but still get the same results.&amp;nbsp; I have also tried cleaning out the C:\temp folder before I reinstalled.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have also tried to run as admin, but that did not help.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any clues how to get this install and run.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;P.S. I do have Vault Pro Client 2022 installed and it runs great.&amp;nbsp; Just trying to test 2023 Vault Pro.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's not good !!!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Inventor / ACAD / Vault Pro 2020 (and 2022) were working great before I installed Vault Pro 2023.&amp;nbsp; It all went downhill after that.&amp;nbsp; Now when I run Inventor 2020 and go to the "Manage License" page, I get this.&amp;nbsp; Again, in order to get past this, I have to use Windows TS and kill the process.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Inventor will launch with it un-plugged, but I still get the same blank dialog when I go to "Manage License".&amp;nbsp; Here is a list of recent Windows updates.&amp;nbsp; One of these might have broke things.&amp;nbsp; I don't access the "Manage License" very often, so not sure when it got into this shape.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am assuming installing the Vault Pro 2023 did it though. I did install Inventor 2023 first, then Vault Pro 2023, so not real sure.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The "blank" or White image &lt;SPAN&gt;when accessing the license type is also there in my Vault Pro 2020, Autocad 2020 and Inventor 2020.&amp;nbsp; Since Vault Pro is the easiest/quickest to uninstall/reinstall, I did that.&amp;nbsp; After the reinstall and reboot, the issue still persists.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The "Reset_login_win" from Autodesk did not help.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just had my IT guy log-in with his windows account and it the "Manage License" works as expected.&amp;nbsp; He "rebuilt" my windows account and now when I log-in with my account and go to "Manage License", the problem still persists.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Not sure.&amp;nbsp; I will open a support case with AD.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am still trying to get this resolved.&amp;nbsp; I tried to reset the license via your post #8 above.&amp;nbsp; Didn't change anything.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I found this article on &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/vault-products/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-change-License-type-for-already-installed-Products-after-contract-is-changed-to-Named-User-Sign-In-type.html?mktvar004=1014180&amp;amp;utm_source=akn-uhm&amp;amp;utm_medium=referral" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;"How to Change the License type for an already installed product"&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp; I ran this CMD command and used the "-lm USER" option which should set it to a named user account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Now when I start Vault Pro 2022, I get this.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I can change it back to a network account by using this command.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Now when I start VP 2022, it starts normally, but its using the network license.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A few noteable things:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. The Vault Pro asset is assigned to me (I am our account admin).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. I have a support case for this (# 19884968), but we have not gotten very far with it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. The support tech had me run the "&lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/search-result/caas/downloads/content/licensing-support-tool.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;ADSK Licensing Support Tool&lt;/A&gt;".&amp;nbsp; It found two inaccessible URL's, but I ran it on another system that does not have this issue and found the same two inaccessible URL's.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. I cannot create a "test" user account.&amp;nbsp; Our Windows accounts are managed by an outside IT company.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5. I did try logging into another workstation here using my Windows credentials.&amp;nbsp; When I start Vault Pro 2020 and try to "Manage License" I get the blank white dialog. as in message #3 above.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I see that you are already working with a license support team member through your case. After reading this thread, I see that you have tried many of the things I would have recommended.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The last thing I could tell you to try is resetting the license so that it prompts you to pick a license type instead of setting a license type through the command line.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Tried to Reset the LGS (first deleted the license cache). Now when I start VP 2022, it goes straight to the "ipmErrorText" dialog as before, which should be where I select the license type.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
