Renewing a (now) expired Educational License

I'm trying to renew a (now) expired educational license in AutoCAD. My original license was for ~ 3 years I believe. When I click to verify educational eligibility, it kicks me to a page to log in. I log in and then click on "Get Products". I double-click on AutoCAD. Nothing happens and then I see a red/maroon box at the top of the screen that says: "Apologies for the delay. The system is currently experiencing a problem. We’re working hard to resolve the issue.

Please try again later. "

There is no drop-down for me to confirm educational eligibility.

I've been dealing with this issue for 6-8 weeks and there is no way to directly contact customer service for Educational Support.

Is there any way that anybody can help me with this?
