Installing AutoCAD Plant 3D 2017

I have tried numerous times to install AutoCAD Plant 3D 2017 and I still get the same error message on install. Attached is log. If any one can help let me know. I have downloaded them from the Virtual Assistant, uninstalled .NET 4.6, disabled all virus scan software and to no avail does it work.

Have you tried runing windows update on your system. If not, try it to see if that works.
