topic Java Runtime in InfraWorks Forum

I am running Infraworks 2020 version 20.0.25.0. When trying to run the traffic simulation feature, I am getting a "Java Runtime Not found" and that the Java runtime installed in my computer is not supported. The Java version I have installed is Version 8 update 65 (build 1.8.0_65-b17). Please advice.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Java is not loaded and updated automatically anymore.
I suggest to open the Java console on your computer and update to the latest version (Version 8 update 211, 1.8.0_211-b12).

Regards,

Karsten.

Just to be a little more specific to help others with this issue, the Java you need is the x86_64bits.
