      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does this happen with all Model Builder created models or just a few? There was an incident earlier this week which may have caused corrupted models to be created, but has since been resolved. Could you try recreating this model through Model Builder and see if you can open it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently moved from version 2019.2 to 2019.3. When I tried to open any new models created via Model Builder they were all 'unable to open'. Our IT dept discovered it was to do with updating the ca-bundle.crt file. Once this was done I was able to open new models again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mark&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/6969318"&gt;@Mark_Pearce333&lt;/a&gt; is right, the certificates can be one reason why the models cannot be opened.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Details - or if it's really a certificate problem, can be found in the InfraWorks log files.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is it possible to send you log files from &lt;EM&gt;C:\Users\&amp;lt;&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;gt;\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Autodesk InfraWorks\logs ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
