I haven't had the program crash, but I have also noticed that the profile view is super slow in 2020.1.

Hello,

I have installed 2020.1 on my computer and when I try to open the profile view and move the screen, Infraworks will always crash. when I review the task manager, the memory for Infraworks will climb up to 100% within a few seconds.

There was another post on here that fixed it with a windows update but that didn't fix my problem.

Hi @clarsenCNDZF ,

is there anything in the log files in %appdata%\Autodesk\Autodesk InfraWorks\logs ?
Else, do you have the chance to submit a CER (customer error report)?

What is the graphics driver version you have installed? Try updating the driver.

Regards,

Karsten.

So when we tested it in different computers, it appeared to work. We tried it again on my computer with IT watching and now it seems to have fixed itself. This is without further updates.

Unfortunately we have a deliverable coming up that requires 4 people working on the same model so we needed to role my version back so we have a reliable version to work in together.

Thanks for the help and advise.
