Laptop hard disk I/O device error! Help!!

Help! 😭😭 Just two days ago, it went well.
Now if I try to enter a file on the hard disk. This file cannot be accessed due to an i / o device error

For reference, it is not an external hard drive, but a hard disk inside the laptop.
I have searched about the error, but it shows how to fix only the external hard i / o device error.
But not how to fix i / o device error of internal hard disk.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance😭

1. The bad sector often occurs when the cable is bad

2. In the current state, it is difficult to solve the problem

Turn off the notebook and remove the hard drive.

Backup important data after connecting to a computer

3. Open the backed up data and check that there is no problem

And if the backup was successful, check the bad sector.

If you don't have bad sectors, visit the service center

Check the cable of the laptop and get a replacement.

If there is a sector, the hard is damaged.

To solve this issue, I advise using a data recovery tool or ask for a recovery company for help.

The i / o device error for a hard connection is like an intermediate process where the hard drive is gradually failing. The i / o error may come out with the same message as the CRC error. It is a state in which hard is not able to be controlled, and it does not work when a command is issued to the hard from PC.

Although the hard disk is externally caught, the drive is captured and displayed normally, but the disk cannot be written or read due to damage to the head that is not in-out. In this case, you will need to contact a specialized center to undergo physical damage repair.

The physical damage is by disassembling the hard and replacing the head to read the disc and extract only the data. The original cannot be rewritten, and data is often recovered when the disk is in good condition by receiving data from the backup hard.

You can use the command line to check and repair Disk errors.

Step1. Launch Command Prompt and run CHKDSK command to gain required privileges as an administrator for the scan.

Step2. Type the command chkdsk / f x: and press Enter.

Step3. Replace the drive letter x with the name of your drive where you would like to run the scan.

Step4. Type exit and press on Enter.
