All of my FBX exports from earlier versions of Infraworks are flawless. Not sure what happened with the 2021 version. No matter which type of model I try to export. I get the same results. No matter if I import into 3DS Max, Blender or the Unreal Engine. I even downloaded a whole new map of New York. Same results. I even upgraded an older model which had a clean FBX export. Same results. Messed up textures. But like I said. Old FBX exports on my hard drive work fine. Just new exports are busted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I grab an old FBX file from last year. I don't have any problems. So. I am assuming it is 2021. I downloaded all of the hotfix and no fix.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I have tried to recreate the issue on my system with the latest InfraWorks 2021.1 release.&lt;BR /&gt;Exported a Model Builder model with different export settings from InfraWorks and imported into 3ds Max with standards settings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All results look like this:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Can you describe in detail your steps to export and import the FBX file?&lt;BR /&gt;Is it possible to provide the InfraWorks model, so I can test on my side with your data? I can share a OneDrive folder for the upload of a zipped file.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I can't speak for Blender as it's not an Autodesk product. The FBX file is handled differently in different products.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I loaded the FBX file into 3ds Max 2021, Navsiworks 2021 and uploaded it to Bim360 for the online viewer.&lt;BR /&gt;All three options show a good model:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;So, I believe there is nothing wrong with the FBX file or the InfraWorks export. &lt;BR /&gt;Maybe there is an issue with 3dsMax 2020 that has been fixed in 2021. &lt;BR /&gt;I know that there is an option to reset the 3dsMax profile, maybe that helps. If you like, I can create a support case for you and forward it to our 3dsMax technical support, let me know.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Downloaded Max 2021 and same issue. Infrawork model is the only FBX file that explodes. All FBX from Autodesk Revit are fine. FBX files exported from the Unreal Engine are fine. I updated my graphics driver and same issues coming from Infraworks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wonder if that 3DS Max maleware issue caused it. I did notice unfavorable issues from 3DS max over a week ago. Recieved an email yesterday about maleware hacks using 3DS Max from Autodesk. I updated the security fix. I guess I will try to Uninstall Infraworks and Re-Install.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Downloaded Max 2021 and I can no longer open up my Revit to Standard Materials MS file any more using Scene converter. There is no option to open a MS file anymore. I re-installed Infraworks and 3DS Max 2021 and applied all of the updates. Same results. Not sure why your 3DS Max version is showing up properly and mine is not. &lt;P&gt;this issue sounds more like a 3ds Max problem rather than InfraWorks.&lt;BR /&gt;I will open a support&amp;nbsp; case for you at Autodesk. At the same time, I suggest to post the issue in the 3ds Max forum, maybe others experienced the same and there is already a solution.&lt;/P&gt;
