Styles issue

Hi, guys!

I created some styles in IW, but, when I reopen the model, I'm facing this issue attached. I don't know what is going on.

It seems that the IW losts my personal styles. Could you help me, please?

Hi @nunesfns ,

what does the log file show? (%appdata%\Autodesk\Autodesk InfraWorks\logs)
It looks as if the style definition is still there, but the images cannot be found. Did a path change?

There wasn't change in the path. I don't know if my file is corrupted. How can I fix it?

Hi @nunesfns ,

thanks for the info. I don't think that your model is corrupt.
You mentioned that you created the style and then re-opened InfraWorks. Can you say if you created the style in this model or did you create it in another model?

Usually, once you create a style, it's only available in the specific model you created it in.

There are certain procedures that you need to undertake to have the same styles available in other models as well.

I created the style in this same model. I noticed that the style is available only in the same model. I don't know what is happening.

I'm trying to do that: link
But I can't do it, because I lose the style when a close and, after that, open again the model.

I can't see the option for edit my road by the style too, like the content of the link.
My model's version is [1,"15.2.0"].

Sorry for my dummies questions. I'm new on IW.

I solved it, creating a new model. 😊
