iwm not show in viewer

hi, I try to open iwm files in online viewer (viewer .autodesk .com)

few months ago it was possible now I've got "Design is empty. Please check the design. TranslationWorker-InternalFailure Extractor succeeded (-777) but produced no bubbles"

I'm trying with the same files which were convert, and viewable.

Hi @PiotrBorowiak ,

loading an IWM file into the Autodesk Viewer has never been a supported workflow with InfraWorks due to security concerns.

I know that it was possible in the past, but maybe something has changed now. I will try to find out and let you know.

opening the file in viewer is not my goal
I'd like to publish some files im my forge application - but in this I've got the same problem files are not convertable

Is there any officilaly recomended way to take infraworks files form Bim360 account to dedicated forge bucket and publish it ?

Hi @PiotrBorowiak ,

I've received the confirmation that the option to upload a "copied" IWM file to the Autodesk Viewer is not possible anymore due to security/privacy reasons.
Regarding the question how to load the InfraWorks model into forge in another way, I suggest to contact the Forge support or post it here: https://forge.autodesk.com/en/support/get-help.
