Infraworks doesn't run

Hello everyone. I'm preparing a class in which we'll be working with Infraworks. I downloaded version 2026 of the software and was working without any issues. However, when I tried to restart the software, it wouldn't run. The startup screen looks like the attached image.
I looked at the posts on this forum about this and found that the best thing to do is uninstall and reinstall the software. I did this, but it didn't work. I also uninstalled and installed version 2025, but that didn't work either.
I don't know what's going on, as I had previously worked fine with the application.
Please, any ideas on how to overcome this issue, I'd appreciate it.

I'm experiencing the same issue since two days ago, today I downloaded the 2025 version and i t works, but the 2026 version still crashed

Thank you @ingjuan_mena for your reply. I uninstalled version 2025 and installed version 2024, but that didn't work either. This issue is unusual because version 2026, the first one I installed, worked for a short time, but then the second time I tried to launch the app, it stopped working.

Yes, I confirm that neither of my versions is working now. That's unusual,
it's never happened before to me.

My Infraworks version 2024 was working well for a while, which was the last version downloaded. I began working with this. However, when I return to work in the software it doesn't run and the start page appears with the word "Inicializing.."

There is an ongoing issue with the licensing module used in InfraWorks, which had been updated earlier this month. The team is aware of the incident and working on a fix.

I've read about a partial solution which consists in unistall the current version of asdk Licensing and install a version older.
