Infraworks 360 Road Tutorial sample model

Hello

I am just beginning my work with Infrawortk so I tried doing some tutorials, after I finished Basic tutorial I wanted to start the one concerning roads. Unfortunately I cannot download the sample model in the main window. How else could I get the Road Tutorial model?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. What happens when you click the Dubai Marina Palm model tile? Do any errors or dialogues appear?

Also, what version of InfraWorks 360 are you using? With the 2016.4 (most recent release) version, you should be able to access the Roads Tutorial model.

I am using version 2016.1 (16.1.2154.0)

Dubai Marina Palm models open normally but I expected the Roads Tutorial. So You mean that Dubai is some kind of "substitution" of the Roads Tutorial? If so, I will try doing the tutorial on this model.

Hi Rafael,

No, the Dubai model is not a substitution for the Roads model, I just wanted to check your access to the Samples design group. However, I think the solution here will be to upgrade to the most recent release of InfraWorks 360. You should have access to the Roads Tutorial model using the most recent release of InfraWorks 360 (2016.4)
