Showing user facades in online models

Good day!

We want to show our models on the iPAD. In the models we use facade, created by us. It was found that when viewing the model on the iPAD our facades are not displayed.
It does not plan to do Autodesk support custom facades in on-line models? Maybe, who knows?

Is it possible to send me an InfraWorks model sample which has the custom facade?

Yes, I can do that. How can this be done? The easiest way is probably to invite you to the group, where this model, and send files, which are created using the facades? The volume is quite large, write e-mail and I will send you a link to download?
