Installation problem infraworks 2017

Hi,

I am a Revit user. I've just installated Autodedesk Building Suite Ultimate but I can't download Infraworks 360 LT even if it's included in my Suite. In my screen (showed below) I can click on "access now" but the link is for the next link:

@Anonymous... On this page it states: "Note: All maintenance plan benefits may not be available for all products in all languages and/or geographies. Maintenance plan is subject to the maintenance plan terms and conditions." Maybe you don't have access to it??!? I also have the Ultimate Suite and when I click on IWLT it brings me to the same page. But I also have the full version as well.

Not sure. I'm located in the United States and according to this link it's not available in my country??

Hopefully someone from the Autodesk group can shed some light on this.

In the meantime, contact your reseller. Maybe they can point you in the right direction.
