Can you use the model builder function in Infraworks 2015?

My company is not allowed to use any of the 360 options.

"as cloud-based applications are restricted, ....and the Fed security compliance yet.

Our ELA allow us access to most all of the Autodesk products. The 360 versions are not under that"
