The free viewers won't be editing the model.

IF you're referring to InfraWorks 360 LT, then yes, they can.

You can't view InfraWorks models with the A360 viewer (unless you export the model to FBX format). Even if you could, you won't be able to annotate it. It's simply a viewer. Same thing with the web viewer for InfraWorks.

An alternative would be to download, install and use InfraWorks as a viewer where you'll be able to measure BUT... you won't be able to annotate. It just simply doesn't have that capability.

Greetings, as I was reading, and to use the WEB VIEWER INFRAWORK, you must first install infrawork, and through an icon enter the web viewer, but if I would like to share some modeling infrawork to a friend, my friend would to take account autodesk ??

Saludos, según lo que estaba leyendo, y poder utilizar el VISOR WEB DE INFRAWORK, hay que primero instalar infrawork, y por medio de un icono ingresar al visor web, pero si yo quisiera compartir algún modelado de infrawork a un amigo, mi amigo tendría que tener cuenta en autodesk??

Someone will need InfraWorks and an Autodesk account to publish a scenario to the web but can then share that link with others. The recipients of the link do not need InfraWorks to view the model or any special downloads/installs since it is all on a web page or they can install the app for the iPad.

Unfortunately, InfraWorks does not allow you to annotate a model. You can certainly measure using the POINT-TO-POINT DISTANCE, PATH DISTANCE and/or RANGE FINDER tools while using InfraWorks as in "viewer mode". The web viewer and iPad app are limited in what you can/can't do, measuring being one of the things you CAN'T do. They are simple viewers.
