IW360 Sandbox FBX Export model issue

I export my model from IW360 to FBX. There is no problem viewing the result using Autodesk FBX viewer.

But the file is invalid when I tried to convert it using Autodesk FBX Convertor.

Same result in Blender.. is there a issue with the FBX file exported by IW360?

I have attached s sample of the model.thanks

@pding, I'm not sure what you are encountering. Your buildings look good to me in Navisworks.

What are you trying to convert the FBX file into?

trying to convert to collada(dae) ..attached is the error message

but tried to convert to obj too...attached error message

its possible that converter does not work with infraworks

the last version of the FBX converter was for the 2013 version of FBX

now the fbx file format is up to 2017

do you have 3ds max 2017?

depending on what version of Infraworks your using you may not need to use the FBX converter

There seems to be texture mapping issue with the 3d models exported by IW360.

All the texture asscoiated with the model is not showing up and the texture file ext has a extra .jpg attached to it.

I have attached the model in question in fbx, obj and collada
