ERROR Opening models

Hi,

I would like to open my models but I can't. When I want to open a model I created myself or a sample model, Infraworks gives an error. The problem is that it doesn't say why there is an error. I don't really understand so my question is. Why can't I open a model? Do I need to change some settings or is it something else?

Hi @Anonymous

can you say what version of InfraWorks you are using?

The error you have is typical if you are trying to open a model created with a newer InfraWorks version in an older version.

Most likely if you upgrade to the lates version (2017.2) you won't have the problem anymore.
