Profile Optimization - 500 Internal Server Error

I have a component road selected, and want to optimize the profile. When I choose the Profile Optimization tool and choose "Optimize it", after about 30 seconds I get the following error returned to me: "Received HTTP Response from Server: 500 Internal Server Error".

I have verified that I have enough cloud credits to use this command. And I have successfully used services in InfraWorks that use cloud credits. Specifically the Watershed Analysis functionality.

Does anyone have any thoughts on what could be the issue?

my only suggestion in the moment is to check the InfraWorks log files for more detailed information:

C:\Users\<<USER>>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Autodesk InfraWorks\logs

Are you using 2017.x or 2018?

Maybe it's worth trying today again, just in case it was a server issue on the Autodesk side.

Hi, could you check two items below?

1. Open “Job Monitor”, refresh, any error happened?

2. Check the storage usage in https://a360.autodesk.com, full or not.

Though the issue lasted for sometime, I guess it was "temporary" because it's up and running today.
I guess it was on Autodesk's side? I didn't have to do anything to get it to work. It just started working.
