&lt;P&gt;is InfraWorks running in trial mode?&lt;BR /&gt;The last entries in the log file are:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Strange that there is a network error, but it would explain the traffic analyst problem as this tool works via cloud.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you please also test if you change the product language to English? This can be done in the application options.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Can't open "Traffic Analyst Panel"</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;BR /&gt;My colleague faced a strange problem. When he tryes to open "Traffic Analyst Panel" he got an error. Also he's Traffic Simulation window looks like this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="image.png" style="width: 193px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/433315i35B6BEC3D1E34A51/image-dimensions/193x286?v=v2" width="193" height="286" role="button" title="image.png" alt="image.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With blank "simulations" and on a button with "Run Simulation" he got "Unavailable".&lt;BR /&gt;Also here is his log (also look in attachment):&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="FAIR.JPG" style="width: 705px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/433316i41CE64D7AF0B5EFD/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="FAIR.JPG" alt="FAIR.JPG" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;These 4 strings appears after he invoke a command "Traffic analyst panel"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We did full uninstall of programm and install again - same results.&lt;BR /&gt;On my PC and PCs of others guys who working in same room - all works fine. We all have simmilar PCs and settings on it (corporate).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looking for help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;P.S. Model we trying was published without any troubles&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I don't have an explanation in the moment, can you send the full InfraWorks log files from &lt;EM&gt;C:\Users\&amp;lt;&amp;lt;USER&amp;gt;&amp;gt;\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Autodesk InfraWorks\logs&amp;#11; &lt;/EM&gt;?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes it's trial version. Same trial on my pc (waiting for arival of licence:))&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did just tried lang switch. Same result.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This model is on a cloud. I can also use any other cloud service except TAP. For example - Profile optimization works fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Is your trial account expried ? The error info shown in the log file indicated that most probably it is the case.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
