&lt;P&gt;unfortunately, I don't have an idea what the issue is on this specific computer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I suggest creating a support ticket for the Autodesk Installation Support. -&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.autodesk.de/support/contact-support" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.autodesk.de/support/contact-support&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Enable to open model</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With InfraWorks 2023 (23.1.0.18)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I try to open different model (from different types : shared on ACC, a sample or from Model Builder).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;InfraWorks return the message : "enable to open model".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I try to change the local path for A360 and Cache folder to another pathfolder : C/DATA/InfraWorksModels/A360 &amp;amp; Cache.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It doesn't change the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please find attach the log file.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;did you install InfraWorks 2023 just recently?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There are two possible reasons for your issue:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;The model path is pointing to a cloud drive (i.e. OneDrive) or server&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The previous InfraWorks was incorrectly uninstalled.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It looks like your models are located in a local drive. So, I suggest a clean uninstallation and reinstallation of InfraWorks.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
