infraworks crashes

Hi there,

recently I have installed Infraworks 2019, with a student licence and I can not open the road or bridge creator,

the program is just hanging and nothing happens, after that it crashes and I needs a restart. Any idea what the problem could be?

Are you running Windows 10 Build 1803? Is so, this should at least enlighten you https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/infraworks-forum/please-do-not-update-to-windows-10-april-release-build-1803/td-p/7980206

Yup, the last win update was the problem 😞 I had no other choice than reinstalling an earlier Windows version, a lot off lost time. Now I have blocked the Windows update to prevent any new issues. Thank you
