I am not receiving any email confirmation from Autodesk when I request a model throught the InfraWorks Model Builder. I have a BIM360 account and do not see any confirmation there either. Any suggestions?

I seem to get Models returned and emails received without issue. Can you please send another model request and see if that one comes back with emails?

I made a Model Request this morning....I did not get an email. Here is the info for the request.

Thanks for sending that info. We will look into it. In the meantime, could you make a new model request and let me know if you get the model and appropriate emails back?

I just received a model for the area I requested but it is incomplete. 75% of the model does not have any orthophotos overlaid no the terrain model.

Any suggestions?

Glad to hear it came back successfully. As for the imagery being incomplete, this is a known issue we are currently working on. To fix this, open the Data Sources and refresh the imagery data source.

10-4. Will try. I was also going to trying to update the image data files' coordinate configuration to be for the area in NC that the project is located and try a refresh.
